Description Drawn for me by NotMuchNormal , these guys are less actual characters and more representatives of a particular type of public menace. They'd be among the most recurring foes seen in Dead Man's Fist if it were a real game (it never will be):

Dead Man's Fist - A Beat Em Up That'll Never Exist

More specifically the kind labeled "Local Color" here:

Dead Man's Fist - We've Got HostilesEnemiesAll would fall under one of these categories.Basic mooks and their armed variants.Gunmen.Giant mooks who come in three sizes. Large, extra large, or “My God that’s large.” Local Color Unconnected thugs who’ve still pledged their loyalty to La Famiglia to avoid being targeted by it or Thunderbolt Security.Working StiffsRelatively ordinary citizens. Some of these people are criminals, while others are simply unaware or apathetic as to what their employers are doing. La Famiglia Members The various members of the occult Mafia simply known as “the family”, whether human or demon or otherwise, fleshy or cyberized, living or dead. Most are little more than your basic thuggish gangsters, but there are a few nasty surprises here and there.Thunderbolt Security Officers An unsavory private security company authorized (through some careful legal and political manipulations) to act as a second police force, and brought in by the crooked mayor to help clean up ‘Sin City’ while simultaneously ensuring La Famiglia remains the dominant criminal power. There’s little love between them and the ‘occult Mafia’. At the same time, they share the mayor’s view that it is a necessary evil, and will target Joe and companions on sight.Come in two, technically three varieties. The regulars (militarized police, but they'd lack anything stronger than what a real-life SWAT team would have access to), better equipped versions of the regulars (having access to both Magitech weapons and more than a few "unusual" officers), and finally the elites clad in preposterously advanced armor even by the standards of Cyberfantasy Catastrophe. BossesThe Knifemaker AKA Vinnie the Knife A ruthless thug but also a surprisingly skilled cutler, one whose demonic strength makes him more than capable of turning non-lethal utensils into deadly projectiles. One of La Famiglia’s earliest successes when it comes to creating “pseudo-demons.” Cagnazzo The largest member of El Dorado casino’s security staff, a hulking demon resembling a humanoid hellhound. Unable to breathe fire, but capable of exhaling a freezing mist. Surprisingly cordial for what amounts to a demonic mob enforcer, but nevertheless willing to kill anyone opposing La Famiglia. Al Donatti A smarmy lounge lizard of a singer with a magical voice able to empower or even heal allies, among more dramatic effects. A more dangerous fighter than what he appears, even if reliant on his microphone sword and other weapons.Having undergone the same demonization process as Vinnie the Knife and other human family members, he’s capable of assuming a much more terrifying form if his back is to the wall. Razlo the Machine A FBC (full-body cyborg) demon responsible for running La Famiglia’s comically illegal underground fight circuit*. The younger brother to Livio, Ms. Oro’s bodyguard-cum-adviser. Not as experienced and powerful as his older brother, but still a force to be reckoned with. Strangely honorable compared to his bloodthirsty brother (he takes his title of Knight of Hell seriously). Also, one of Donatti’s few genuine friends.(*: Unlike with “aboveground fights”/"legal pit fights", in the circuit run by La Famiglia, winners, and certain losers are rewarded handsomely, but defiant fighters who refuse to take a fall are disposed of. Others, meanwhile, simply meet their end as a result of being forced into what are less unarmed bouts as they are death matches) JoshuaA menacing giant who normally tends to Ms. Oro’s vast botanical garden within her home away from home, the Knox Tower, though occasionally he performs a different kind of “weed pulling” for Ms. Oro.He is also a man disturbingly familiar to Joe and Kannuki, even if his current form is twisted from the kindly great-uncle they remember. Livio (the Bloody Claw) The older brother to Razlo the Machine, and Ms. Oro’s fearsome bodyguard-cum-adviser. An ancient demon with a lust for blood, a keen tactician’s mind, and a strange obsession with collecting the skulls of especially strong opponents. While weaker than when he was able to lay waste to entire nations, besting him in combat is still beyond the reach of most mortals.Able to compress himself to ‘only’ eight feet (even if he appears freakishly bulky and muscular), in his true form he measures ten feet tall (with a slightly leaner build), and in a super form he can only assume temporarily, four meters (13’1”) tall. Ms. Oro The current leader of La Famiglia. As a Mammonite (greed demon), a walking avatar of hedonism, but far from weak or incapable in combat.Having ruled over organized crime on the United States’ west coast for over a century now, she has no plans to stand down, much less in the face of some angry young hood of a walking corpse.

Their designs are relatively 'sane' by the standards of my clumsy sandbox setting, even if "Low-Life Luke" (my nickname for the middle one) and Bred (far right - he and Dug/the first thug's names being switched around is kind of like what the OG Double Dragon did with their mooks named after Williams and Roper from Enter the Dragon - each is the opposite ethnicity of their original) are armed with lawyer-friendly versions of Fallout's Ripper (a chainsaw knife essentially) and gauss pistol.

NMN mentioned that he actually used some pictures of zombies as reference to give these guys some more menacing expressions... an innovative idea, and it shows IMO. They actually look like they could double as generic enemies in a post-apocalyptic horror game with only a few modifications.
