wing clipping is a stylistic choice!
although a pupper's wings cannot grow back themselves, they can be replaced rendering them functional again.
this means at your discretion your pupper can be drawn with an intact wing or trimmed wing.
puppers' can have their wings clipped for a variety of reasons such as aesthetics and gliding prevention.
normally all 3 pairs of wings will be clipped similarly, but its not uncommon for only their secondary and tertiary wings to be clipped.
*ONLY FEATHER WINGS CAN BE CLIPPED!
in trimming the primary flight feathers are partially or entirely removed.
clipping nonfeather wings is viewed as haphazard and distasteful by pupper enthusiasts.
