Description
A Photograph from just outside Don Edwards National Wildlife Refuge. In the dry months when the salt ponds start to dry up salt can form on the surface. Also when the water starts to become hyper-salinated red algae begins to flourish. The salt here had the consistency of cake frosting, which was quite strange.More on my website here :[link]
