While I was visiting family in California, I found out that a lady down the street from where I worked was teaching people how to paint. I've always wanted to learn how to use oil paints so I took a class the last two weeks of my stay in Cali. Yes, surprisingly, I returned home with two beautiful paintings that I am most proud of.

This is the first one I worked on. Pretty good for a beginner, ne? I'm not too keen on how the sky turned out, I blended a little too much. But no one is perfect, it's my first painting ever after all.

You'll have to pardon the poor quality of the picture, I took it with my webcam.
