If you look back far enough, you can find the atrocities that are my anthropomorphized Toa Nuva from Bionicle. Having never really designed them beyond the depths of my 6th-7th grade mind, I think it was time I tackled them 20 years later now that I know more. I'm still trying to stick to something in the same vein of what i did all those years ago, but also trying to implement what I've learned since then about the origins and inspiration.

Tahu, here, I was drawing influence from and hopefully appreciating (as opposed to appropriating) how much the beauty is intertwined with the lore. However, I truly do not know or understand much about the culture either, and so I am coming from a place of ignorance. If I have done anything or drawn anything that is offensive in nature, please pull me aside and explain to me the error of my ways so that I can learn!

His suit was a mishmash of wet suits and fire retardant racing suits.
