This is just me ghost like appearance. As you see part of me is negative and the other part is normal. I sometimes feel like I'm in two worlds at once.I used the magic wand to make certain parts negative (I don't know why that happened). If someone could tell me how to make it so I could have one side fully negative and the other fully normal please tell me

You might want to try drawing your own selection border, then making everything within the border negative.
