Brilliant! I love this.
I think the only thing (for me) that doesn't work for this is the hair; the grey around it doesn't seem to fit quite with background. Maybe less exposure or higher contrast will diminish this effect.
Otherwise, lovely colour choice, and well-placed balance. The style is unusual, and just adds to the lovely way this image is portrayed.
