So, I've gotta admit... Back when I was still active on DeviantArt, I was really, really fond of adoptables. And I still am!!
And this drawing was for a DTA (draw-to-adopt) that a former DA user (xxpuppychefxx) had going on. And I'm still fond of how he turned out! 
I also used GIMP and Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0 for this drawing! Anyway, this guy's name is Hugo, and he is a fan character of mine for Pokemon. He is a Ghost-Type user. And that's all I'm gonna tell you guys.
In addition to being a DTA for xxpuppychefxx's adoptables, I also based him on an adoptable that a user (formerly known as k1ng0fhell; the user is now known as BuckyB00) made. The two adoptables looked alike, so I took advantage of the situation!
