Wow, dA's really messed up the upload process.

I've been quite busy recently with a new project! This is not it though, but somewhat related.

Now, I've never modeled before. I don't have any real experience in unwrapping, hard modeling or topology until I started this scene. I've been building a scene in Unity as an experiment in order to gain some knowledge of it.. Most of the textures are done 2D in Clip Studio, 3D models in Blender and then brought into Unity. The grass and trees have a wind zone attached so they do a gentle little sway in the scene. It's really not a very complicated scene overall and once I got a hang of the programs, doing super simple textures and putting them together didn't take terribly long.

I'm really surprised to find how much Unity actually does for you if you bother to look. And I'm quite chuffed my normal comicy/cartoony style doesn't look completely out of place in it.

This setting is a reference to a scene from Tistow's Small Trolls, which some of you might remember. You can still read the comic on our Patreon.
