Here's the follow up to the previous map I submitted . I did the started the linework on paper with a Sakura Pigma Micron 01 pen yesterday along with 005 for coastline ripples and 02 intermittently for the compass and key. I then finished, scanned, and brought it into GIMP for texturing and coloring today. I wanted to experiment a bit more with the style, so I added a key, compass, some larger mountains, and decals. I also added a grid, but I'm not sure if it adds to the map or not. Any thoughts? (This is not the same map as previously, they're both one-shots for practicing.) Feedback would be greatly appreciated!
