I don't have a tutorial for the moment but about how I do that :
1) - I use very basic 3d shapes in C4D (free hand splines + Loft nurbs over)
2) Then I duplicate the shapes in C4d and move / distort them to have a kind of ' face ' in my scene
3) I apply a basic dark material over + Put 2 or 3 lights around for the reflection
4) Finally I export all my renders in PNG to Photoshop for the postwork process.

how to add ink drop and lightning inside it?

About the ink drops, it is just textures "over" the shapes with a mask in Photoshop to erase some edges.
Then, for the lightning inside it some orange + yellow painting between the shapes with different overlay effects with photoshop layers.
