the image has become very sweet. 
I like the pairing, but I like especially how you've shown them. Atemu look slightly confuse and Mana look cheeky and it is cute how she hugs him. So what dares only Mana. 
I can not complain about the coloration. I love this animelike coloration and that's why I like it very well.

To those like me, who care a lot about BMG/Mana...and then see her with another. -_-
But...I guess..maybe it's just me.
It's still cute and very well done, no doubt...and it's your likes and interests, so you are "entitled" that ability to draw it.
It's just...it does personally get to me at times. -_- I'm sorry... -_-

And...I mean...if you had a crush on a particular character, and saw him/her with someone else, because of someones preferred shipping or such...wouldn't you feel the slightest bit sad/jealous yourself...inside.......?

Not really, it's just the yaoi fangirls that sometime annoy me. It seems that every anime has yaoi pairings nowadays. Like everything has to be gay. Nothing against gays, but at least pair characters that really are gay, not those that are obviously straight >_>;
Same for hetero characters that are paired, eventhough they show no love interest in each other or aren't even friends.
