Finally, here we have it, I've been meaning to draw this for the longest time, Alex's original human form which he eventually reverts back to by the end of the Xeltha's storyline. He is one of two of the main protagonists, whilst the other his a female who is well adjusted, moralistic and relatable where Alex is kinda... Not.

Personality: Alex can be shy towards unfamiliar people and he can be very secretive. He is cheery and cheeky with a dark cynnical twist to his dark humour and people view him as the villain that wears their banners due to his lack of morals. He is more of a realist that prefers to laugh rather than cry, keeping a cool head in dire situations when people need him most. Nothing can get past his quit wit and obsessive focus, if he wants something he will gamble everything for it. When it comes to relationships Alex borders on both extremes; unless people gain his trust they are otherwise tools to him, he genuinely doesn't care when it comes to his brilliant lying and backstabbing to get what he wants, which makes him come across as cold and brutal but its his desire to protect his friends is what motivates him to get his hands dirty. At heart to the few people he trusts he is a family man; terrified of being left alone again which is why he is compassionate and kind to those he considers family, but that doesn't mean he is entirely honest with them, especially about his connection to the Soulstone of Arrentheus as some memories still hurt.
Alex is usually the last person to go to sleep and the first up in the morning due his recurring nightmares where he relives the memory of his parent's souls being eaten and barely escaping with his own, he usually has a cup of extremely strong and sweet tea at hand to cope with the lack of sleep to keep him alert and usually offers makes his friends a brew before they wake.

History:
Alex grew up happily with his parents Ava Eko, Anthony Greyth and his older sister Akira. One day they were found by Azrael; the Soulwoven who was collecting other Soulwoven souls by eating them. Anthony and Ava fought Azrael one fateful night to allow the children to escape into the surrounding forest as they were the real targets due to being the only people Soulwoven to Arrentheus. However Alex couldn't leave his parents behind so he let go of his sister's hand to run back to the house but only to witness his parents being harvested, Azrael captured him outside the burning house and used a Soulreaver to stab Alex in the neck to harvest his soul. However Akira was able to turn up just in time, using her soulweaving powers she sacrificed a large portion of her soul; all the memories of her parents were cast into the void and she used this to summon a cataclysmic amount of power used to reclaim Alex's soul from Azrael's grasp; summoning her Soulreaver to destroy Azrael. As Akira and Alex watched their house burn they were found by alerted Gatekeepers and sheltered the children but Alex kept waking up screaming so the Gatekeepers suggested that he should forget his ordeal so Akira asked Alex to use his soulweaving to give his memories of magic to Akira. Alex agreed but he didn't realise that it would wipe his memories of his family and so after that night he forgot his entire childhood. The gatekeepers took Akira to Xeltha to train her in controlling her power whereas Alex was left on Earth watched over by gatekeepers. He spent his life searching for a home and a family never knowing what was lost only knowing he still hadn't found it until it became his ultimate goal to find his family again. Until one fateful night 12 years later he is attacked by a follower of Azrael and the Gatekeepers send him to Xeltha under Akira's personal protection at Vallenshire city Alex finally reunites with his sister, reclaiming his memories immediately and later on will find that his parents can be returned.
