Description
The Light type originates from the region of Elysia, where Light type mon started appearing around the coming of the new year.
Light Pokemon are paladins. They protect their trainers and teammates, heal them, and attack with the power of the sun.
Light type moves are very effective against Ghost, Dark and Bug Pokemon, not very effective against Steel and Grass, and has no effect on Fairy Pokemon. It is completely resistant against Fairy-type moves.

Light Type Pokemon can specifically be obtained through Luminous Tickets.

Moveset:
Light Fang
The Pokemon covers its fangs with solar power and bites its opponent.

Light Slash
This Pokemon covers its claws with solar power and slashes its opponent.

Soothing Song
The Pokemon sings a calming tune that raises the defense of itself and its teammates and slightly raises their HP.

Last Stand
The Pokemon amps itself up, promising to fight until it absolutely can't. If it gets knocked out, it will preform a final move.

Blinding Light
The Pokemon makes a dazzling light appear, blinding its opponent and causing its accuracy to drop.

Light Beam
The Pokemon fires a beam of solar power at its opponent.

Paladin Shield
The Pokemon uses light energy to cover itself and not be hit.

Light Illusion
The Pokemon creates a copy of itself out of light, drawing the attention from its opponent away from itself, and then attacks. Has a fail chance.

Power of The Sun
Covering its body with solar energy, the Pokemon launches itself to its opponent, hitting it at full force. The Pokemon is hit with recoil.
