Description
This is Avalon--a bio-organic weapon. When he was created, the scientists lost control of the experiment and made him too over-powered. In order to suppress his chaotic power, they put a suppressor called "Diablos" around his neck. This scarf-like suppressor regulates Avalon's power and acts as his hands, in place of his actual hands that tend to destroy whatever they touch. His real hands are bound to his body in order to prevent him from taking off Diablos. Other than his power, Avalon is human-like in growth and cell regeneration, yet he is unable to feel pain and is thought to be unable to feel emotions as well. The scar on his eye came from a scientist who wanted revenge on Avalon, who had hurt the scientist's daughter during his creation--blinding her in the process.
