My first revamp on a character in a while. And it's Raf from Angel's Friends. And to tell you the truth, I literally never heard of this show. Like, ever. From what I gathered from this video and on Wikipedia... Angel's Friends is an Italian magical girl cartoon show based on the comic book of the same name that ran from October 12, 2009 - March 27, 2010. There are 2 versions of the story, one from the comic series, and the other from the tv show. I'm going to focus on the tv show story for this revamp. And to me, the show is really cliche, the EN dub is really cheap and lazy, and don't get me started on the animation. It is the worst animation that I have ever soon. But first, what is the plot of the cartoon? It's about an Angel name Raf along with her group of friends name Urie, Docle and Miki who attended a school to become guardian angels while also having devil rivals. You know, the typical angel and devil on your shoulders kind of thing. Meanwhile, a "neutral" being wants to destroy the angels and demons and take over the world (or something like that). Oh, and this show has the typical cliché enemies to lovers in this show. With this one, it's Raf with her devil rival name Sulfus.

When I saw the character designs of the main cast, specifically Raf and Sulfus, I was like. "This looks generic." Like, they look like your generic kids show for girls. So I decided to revamp Raf and Sulfus' designs (Sulfus will be coming soon).
But I want to get Raf's out of the way cause her original design is the worst. Especially her hairstyle which I hate the most. Her clothing also screams like a pop singer from the 2000s. So since I imagine her being college age (I'll get to that soon), I decided to make look like a soft and cute college student from 2008 - 2010. I gave her wavy hair with a ponytail in it, a shirt with straps in it and with no shoulder covers that has the knitted patterns of a flower and bee (because I thought it would be cute), yoga pants and some ugg boots (fwi, my mom was the one that suggested it).
And you are wondering, where are her wings? Well, I forgot to draw them. But then I have an idea. In my version of the reboot, beginner angels' wings start small like cupids, but the more knowledge they gain during their training, the bigger their wings get. Like the kitsune's nine tails. And the halos are depending on what rank they are. The normal ones are for guardian angels or humans who died and become angels.

So I imagine from the knowledge of the cartoon version of Angel's Friends. Raf was born a human but was turned into an angel after her parents when into the dark side (or something like that), so the higher uppers adopt her and erased her memories as a human. She then reawakened the "neutral" character after touching Sulfus' hand and started to fall in love with him. Oh HoW sCaNdAlOuS!
So I decided to revamp her bio a bit too.

Rafaela or (Raf for short) is an angel who dreams of becoming a guardian angel to a human. When she finally starts attending the school for guardian angels and finally gets her human, she accidentally reveals herself to the human that she was assigned to. And it turns out after doing a bit of digging, Raf discovers that the human Charlie, was supposed to be her older brother. It turns out, she was a stillborn, and the higher uppers took her spirit into their arms out so she can have a life. Now she is undercover as a human and goes to Charlie's school to protect her human/brother from her demon rival Sulfus from doing bad.
But in the end of the show, after she graduated from the guardian angel school, she decides to become human so she can have the life she was supposed to have before becoming a stillborn. And thus, she was rewritten in the living world and fully becomes a human and Charlie's little sister.

And you know, most main girls in girls' shows back in the day, must have a love interest. But I decided to flip the bird on that one and made Raf aro ace. Because there are girls out there who are not interested in love all together and are more interested on other stuffs.

Aaaannnd yeah. I will get to Sulfus soon. Also, if you want me to revamp Urie, Docle and Miki, let me know.
