Description
Another past sketch of the Megaman F robot master, Devil Man. Apparently the concept of Devil Man was pulled from an unused robot master idea from Megaman 3. His frame has more ornate gold armor and horns, and holds a fiery trident asserting his authority in his domain. From the available footage we have seen on his stage and boss fight, Devil Man uses a whip formed from his hand and when its swung it launches three fireballs; with his second attack being summoning 6 fiery skulls around him acting like a barrier, then after a few seconds he then sends them out into the 6 respective directions.

Weapon Get:
Devil Whip– Megaman creates a whip and swings it launching a fireball toward an enemy.
