Flowey in this universe serves the same purpose as his original counterpart, being the first monster the human comes across and actively deceives them after luring them in with the promise of friendship and proclamation of the "kill or be killed" mantra. The differences lie in the mindset of him. He is a little more unhinged and skittish in speaking his mind, and he isn't opposed to giving the human the scares of their lives whenever possible. But he still has the conscious of Asriel within. The type of flower he occupies is that of an open black rose with extra thrones along the stem. With him being a more unhinged entity than the original Flowey, he is for sure more dangerous for everyone in the Underground.
