Well thank you. I've been told that before, but I wouldn't go THAT far...
I really have made it a headcanon of my own that Sombra is indeed possessed by a demon from Tartarus and trapped within his own mind. After a while, his soul goes dormant and the demon takes full control without resistance. The rest of the story for that will be told later when I actually write it!
