Description
Alex Summers x Reader--
It all began when a car hit (Y/n) on full speed while she was crossing the street.
The car seemed to deflect right off of her; (Y/n) stepping away from the crash unharmed. It just to happened that the crash caused her to be noticed by a start up school for teens who had abilites--mutants.
Charles and Erik drove her to the mansion, (Y/n) understanding that it was better to go with them then to be on her own.
"Everyone, this is our new student, (Y/n)." Charles smiled, looking at the girl who was standing behind him. "Why don't you go put your stuff in a room. Alex, could you take her?"
The blond nodded and started walking, (Y/n) following. "You're the girl that got hit by the car, right?" Alex asked her, smirking slightly.
She nodded, sighing. "Yeah, I did. Not that I'm too proud of it."
"At least you didn't get crushed. Do you even know anything about your mutation?" Alex questioned, stopping outside of one of the many rooms.
(Y/n) shrugged. "I don't know too much. I know that I can't really get hurt. Everything seems to just bounce right off when it hits me."
"It seems pretty cool to me." He told her, leaning on the doorframe as she put her stuff away. "Let me know if you need anything. Maybe to make you feel more at home." He smiled before he walked away.

"Alright (Y/n), today is the last day of your training." Charles smiled, clapping his hands together. "So far we've found out you can deflect bullets, moving cars, and mostly everything we have to throw at you. But, we go have one more thing and I think Alex can help."
"I've said no to this three times, I'm not doing it." Alex grumbled, shaking his head. "You know damn well I can't do it."
Charles gently patted him on the back, giving him a smile. "This is the last test, and once we see how she does, we'll know how--"
"You want me to fry her to a crisp?" Alex cut him off, turning away to look at (Y/n). "You don't want me to do this, I swear that you don't want me to."
(Y/n) rolled her eyes slightly and gave him a smile. "I know I won't get hurt, and you even know that I won't get hurt. Let's just try it."
Alex sighed, but nodded. "Fine. We'll try it."
Charles smiled at the two. "Great. Now (Y/n) just focus and you should be fine." He said, stepping back as the two got ready to train.
Alex produced his blast, firing at (Y/n) who stood across the room. While she didn't get hit by the blast, she did get knocked to her feet from the force of the blast.
"Shit!" Alex yelled, running across the room to get to her side. "Are you alright? I didn't hurt you, did I?" He asked, helping her sit up.
(Y/n) shook her head, pushing her hair out of her eyes. "Nah, I'm fine. You just knocked the wind out of me."
He pulled her in for a hug, sighing in relief. "Oh thank god. For a second I thought I killed you."
"I wouldn't have let you do it I thought you were going to kill me." She laughed. "Fun fact, I kind let you do it in hopes I passed out and you would give me mouth to mouth."
"Really?" He smirked, blushing slightly. "That's why you did it?"
She nodded, smiling. "So we could either try again, I could stand up and lock my knees until I pass out, or you can just kiss me."
It was Alex's turn to laugh. "I really want to see the second option."
"Just shut up and kiss me." She smiled, wrapping her arms around his neck.
He leaned in and gently kissed her, only stopping when someone coughed behind them.
"So I guess you two are done for the day. Great work you two--could you please get a room?" Charles sighed as he walked away from the two, running a hand through his hair.
