I've noticed that ALL the first and second generation lines and all grass starter line start out as these athletic young whipper-snappers and grow up to be these hulking fatasses.

It has always puzzled me in my youth as to why the hell a Venusaur can't learn the HM Strength when this big blue dinosaur resembles nothing less than the epitome of raw, unshackled STRENGTH.
Seeing it reach for the chips, I now see why. But on the bright side, its probably trans-fats. GO GREEN!!

I love how you added in a small amount of reflective light on Bulbasaur's blub; it gives it volume.

For starters, Bulbasaur has always been my favourite. So a 
have to fav this-love the grass starters.
you drew them all very well-great style, everything is really balanced and nothing is too awkward with body parts-which is saying somthing cuz Venisaur is always a little wierd. YOU DID GREAT!
