It was Uru's turn to watch the border with Kivuli, but her mate was kind enough to let the young mother rest during the night instead of standing and watching for a few hours but Uru couldn't. Yes, she would be away from Mufasa, but he could always stay with Mohatu, who was perfectly capable of taking care of a young infant. So Uru left with her mate and while they were watching, 2 rogue lions tried coming into the land, but Kivuli spotted them and they both sneaked up on them and attacked them from behind. A big fight went on. And one of the rogues were injured, her mate killed the other, but the injured rogue got up and struck at the King's neck and bit into it. Furious, Uru smashed the rogue's head onto the ground, an easy kill. She ran up to Kivuli and cried. "Kivuli... Please, come back..." She cried, trying to develop her word skills as she was mumbling. But he was gone, she thought she could of done more, there she lay on the ground until she walked back to Pride Rock to tell the heart breaking news to the Pride and the different species who lived among them.
