Description
A little while ago, I posted something called, "A Story About a Puppet". I was mostly just curious to see what people thought of it, but hardly anyone left any feedback, so whatever. Anyway, I know I'm already writing a comic currently, but I've recently gotten really excited about this project, so I've kinda been working on it behind the scenes. Fun fact, Puppet originally had solid black eyes, but I wondered what he would look like with pie-cut eyes like in those old 1930s cartoons, and I love it, so I decided to keep it.One of my concepts for his character is that I imagine his emotions blow up really fast, so he feels things very strongly. I also did a quick color study to figure out his pallette. If I was going to make his skin brown and his hair and eyes black, I figured I should give him a lighter color for his outfit, so I put him in the white collared shirt with baby-blue overalls, tap dancing shoes, and socks with lace trim. In general, it's a good idea to put at least two contrasting colors on a character so they'll stand out against any background.
Not to be dramatic, but I would die for him.
