I think I figured out now the special thing about Emmie is that she is a
descendant of an Elfarian but not just any Elfarian, its an Elfarian with a
unique skill that other Elfarian's don't have.
Emmie's unique skill isn't revealed yet though, it doesn't apply for Enzie though.
