Really happy with how this turned out!! I do hope everyone else finds this satisfactory! Been two years since the last price update, definitely felt it was time to do another.

Prices have been altered and some items have been taken away from the choices to commission me with. However, don't fret as the items that are missing can still be obtained through YCHs and journals! So if you were wanting to get something you no longer see, just keep an eye out!

• Please expect that your commission may take between a couple weeks up to two months depending on my current situation between everything. I will keep you updated as much as possible, however.
• I have the right to decline your commission at my own discretion.

☽O☾ WHAT I WILL AND WON’T DRAW
Please contact me first to see if something is unclear or you don’t see it in this list.
✓- List of what I will draw.
• Any species.
• Any gender/sex.
• Gore/blood, nudity, R-rated material, horror, and more.

✗- List of what I won’t draw.
• Extreme Fetishes (Scat, Flatulence, Diapers, etc…)
• Minors in questionable acts. – I will contact you and/or do research if I am unsure of character’s age.
• Offensive material.

☽O☾ ART USE
Here is what is and isn’t allowed to be done with the artwork you’ve purchased.

THINGS YOU CAN DO
• Upload on any site with proper credit given to art and/or characters.
• Print or have personal items made for yourself.
• Colour or line your commission.
• Crop the commissions for icons, banners, etc…
• Commercial use if you’ve paid the fee.
• Edit the artwork if you’ve been given permission and I cannot do so for you.

THINGS YOU CAN’T DO
• Claim the artwork/design as your own.
• Remove my watermark/signature.
• Trace/copy/alter the piece without permission.
• Commercially use my work without the fee paid.

☽O☾ PAYMENT AND PRICING INFORMATION

COMMISSION PRICES

PAYMENT
• Currency: United States Dollars (USD)
• I take payment up front before starting your commission.
• I only take payments through PayPal. Absolutely no E-Checks.
• I will invoice you, unless otherwise stated.
• I can take half up front and then the other half once the sketch is done.
• Holding Fees: 15$ for five days and additional 2 USD per extra day(s) for adopts and ychs. THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FEE. This will go towards the full price when you’re able to fully pay. So if you want me to hold something, please be sure you want to buy it, otherwise you won’t be getting this money back.
• Any edits exceeding past three will have a 5$ fee per additional edits, depending on status of commission/design near completion. This is set in stone when there was no clear references given from the beginning.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
• You will be refunded for the amount of work that has not been completed.
• All unfinished works may be used as YCHs or adopts at a later date.
• If you demand a refund and the piece is completed, you will be denied. Especially since you would have received WIPS and/or seen the piece being streamed and could have said any changes in regards to that.

☽O☾ COMMERCIAL PERMISSION
• If you will be using the commission in any form of commercial purposes, there will be an additional 30% fee of the original commission price.

☽O☾ ADOPTABLES AND CUSTOMS
• Minor redesigns are allowed on closed species.
• Please be sure to read the ToS of the species and the one by the owner of the species if there is one. If you need it provided, I will link you it.
• For redesigning a closed species design, you must get approval from me or the admins of that specific species.
• The selling of the character cannot be more than what you have paid for, unless you have bought additional art of them.
• Please contact me on who you have sold the design to so I may properly update the submission of said design.
• For toyhou.se when uploading a design of mine, it is Emothivamp to help credit easier.
• Redesigning or designing a MYO of a closed species that I own, you must get approval from me or the admins of that specific species.

• These can be done on a base or off base. A list of bases that I have will be given below for you to choose from. If you wish to see them and choose visually, go ahead and note me about it.
• Standard on base: 50$ - Front, headshot, and colour palette. (Some bases may not include a back view.)
• Standard off base: 85$ (Front, back, headshot, and colour palette.)
• Mature Views add on 20+$ to pricing.
• Closed species will have an additional 15$ fee added onto the price of what is wanted in regards to pricing.
• Mood boards are preferred in regards to designing, but I can work from colour palettes as well. Or you can give me a theme and I can go from there.
