So England recently introduced a legally required charge for large stores. we have to charge 5p for each carrier bag and while every other member nation in the UK has had this charge for years with no troubles, English people just seem to think it is literally the worst and most unfair thing ever -EVEN THOUGH- the proceeds from this get divided up to share between local and national charities.
