Description
This is a female version of Super Cell from Dragon Ball Z. When creating this female version of Cell, I didn't just want to gender swap the character. So the design isn't exactly like the original male design. I didn't feel like there was a need for spots and I thought a female version would look better with brighter colors, in comparison to the dull colors from the male version from the show. Her demeanor is also more friendly, because when I created her, I wanted her to be a protagonist with the sayans still intending on taking over and conquering planet Earth. In that storyline, she and/or along with some other male or female characters would team up to defeat the sayans to save planet Earth from their wrath.

If you are curious as to why I made a female version of Super Perfect Cell (Final Form), it's because I didn't think that any of the Dragon Ball, Z, or GT sagas had enough female characters. So I have made some female characters to fix the male to female ratio of the show.
