Description
Medium: Ink and colored pencil on paperThis is a late addition to my "Monty Python's Flying Circus" fanart series. It was suggested to me to draw the Spanish Inquisition sketch. So here are Cardinal Ximenez, Cardinal Biggles and Cardinal Fang.
"No one expects the Spanish Inquisition!"

I've only seen the Spanish Inquistion once by Monty Python. Wish I can see it again cause it was great especially the end where they are racing to the courthouse.

In the Monty Python DVD set, it's on Disc 5. In the VHS set, it's on the tape numbered Volume 2.

They should! Their chief weapons are fear and surprise...and ruthless efficiency...an almost fanatical to the Pope...nice red uniforms...diabolical laughter...diabolical acting...

"Poke her with the soft cusions!"
I LOVE them! Especially Michael Palin's character, his expressions, and drama, and horrible counting skills are hilarious!
I'm thinking of a Mel Brooks song... have you seen History of the World Pt. 1?
"The Inquisition, let's begin, The Inquisition, look out sin!"

Haha.
I had to do a 10 paragraph report on why couldn't the aztecs defeat the spanish for my history class. The last thing I wrote was "...NO ONE EXPECTS THE SPANISH INQUISITION!!!...wait...that has nothing to with this..."
I got an A...

Yep, that's the one. I got in trouble for suggesting it as third grade sing along song, in school. Gee, some people have no sense of humor!
