Yes, in so far as one can imply that a fictional cartoon character can have a sexuality.
This piece of art(That you did not have to look at) by an artist (that no one forced you to look for) is depicting a fictional cartoon character in a fictional lesbian relationship with another fictional cartoon character.
This was done for the benefit of fans of these cartoon characters who enjoy/like the concept of a relationship between these fictional characters.
