My second iPad painting. using App named ''Procreate to draw outlines and Autodesk sketchbook Pro for coloring.
I made a homemade stylus for iPad and tested it on this picture, it works nice and better compared to other capacitive stylus on the market.

I really like your piece, and you said you use Procreate for lineart and Sketchbook foe coloring? Why not try ArtStudio (another app) for lineart and Procreate for coloring? Procreate is actually a good color app and ArtStudio has Sai-like features.

I made it from a tutorial on youtube.
It may leave marks, But doesn't scratch the screen.

I tried to find procreate on the app store but it seems I can't. I do like the sketchbook pro though. Are there any tips you would give someone for making their own stylus? I don't have any cellophane or conductive foam that I know of at my house. Thanks!

And Here's another stylus tutorial from the same user, I've tried it and it's much better than the old one, the pen tip is also really accurate.
But the main material for this stylus is transparent harddisk package, which is harder to find as well. [I found it from local computer shop.]

How the hell do you get the highlights man?..er girl? Also what brushes do you use?

I use airbrush and pencil tool
And I used airbrush with 10%-20% white for highlights.

Have you tried the App "Art Studio" for iPad? I find it to be a bit similar to photoshop if you're interested, and it's free to download. And how did you make your stylus? I have been waiting for Apple to make a stylus for the iPad, but I haven't seen one.
