That's a gorgeous and perfectly themed dress to welcome the new year, and Ruby pulls it off* wonderfully. The traditional Chinese look, simplified, and while rather flowing it twists and tightens to show off a little of her often hissen hidden sexiness: her womanly form shows through with the crap around her waist, accentuating her bust and especially with that slit showing the extent and roundness of the young lady's hips. Also just the right amount of intensity in that lovely stare, with an inviting smile to get a loved one to take her extended hand and escort her to the festivities.
* Wishing Skullboy would pull it off later, sure, but what's the chance of that ever happening? “I must come from a long line of insecure, bumblers of anything romantic!”
