LAFS stands for "Love At First Sight"

characters from a cute little love story I have in my head. It's been there a while, as it was originally thought up around Christmas last year while listening to "Nightmare Revisited", a CD of different bands doing Nightmare Before Christmas songs. The concept of the world the story takes place in is also slightly based off of the Abarat series, where each island is a different hour of the day.

In the story each major city is a different holiday. They have their own customs, people from different cities look different, but you can travel from place to place freely. Every night in Thanksgivingville people have huge dinners with all their family and friends. In Halloween Town, children visit houses for candy, and the residents never run out. In NewYearsopolis, it's a constant party. The suburbs and rural areas outside the city limits may participate in the holiday near them, or simply live normal lives.

Just wanted to say a little bit about the story, as this, Children of Heroes, and Phoneymon are the only personal projects I plan to work on for the rest of this year.

btw, you may be wondering if that is Peter Sr. or Peter Jr., right? Well, at the time of creating the story, Peter Jr. did not exist yet, but it would make since that it was him, as the girl from the dream I had about him was called Leigh, and so is that girl. Leigh in the dream did not have rabbit ears, though. Although I do remember saying that Peter Jr. does not have 4 arms....

I plan to refine this more and color it. haven't decided if I'm going to do it digitally or traditionally though, I may do both and go with the one I like better.
