My newest little buddyyyyy, I think I have an affinity for circle headed simple faced canine designs. o3o

Anyways! This is King Neo! He's not really a real king, he just insists on customers calling him that for the bit. He runs a large ice cream parlor within this little town I've been working on. More on that project later :3c I've also got another little piece of him being posted tomorrow, as well as a painting in the works! He's a lot of fun to draw jhsdfhd
