God I love this cutscene ;__; its short, but so meaningful. [link]
Reika has broken the Mirror of Loss, leaving everything behind her to take on the pain of the tattoos. However, for a fleeting moment, she sees Kaname, who is dreaming of seeing her. She reaches out to him just as her cage lowers her down to the Chamber of Thorns where she is to sleep forever.

Her feelings are pretty much summed up in the Mirror of Loss
