Uh...this is a long storyyes the puppet thing is new
I just started on that part
the voodoo controls the puppet, the puppet controls the boy
simplicity controls complexity .......yessssss
uh..took me like forever to CLEAN THE PICTURE
and cell shade...took me hell long
to decide
how the shade is

very interesting statement. pretty pschologic in my opinion. in our mind how such simple things effect and produce so much of our complex perspectives, and many people do not realize what that simple thing is. and as for fan of simple things, I like that phrase. what do you do all day the come up with such phrase?
I think this is the best I have seen from you. there is a bit of perspective, and the shapes are well drawn with good details. and somehow the pupper Kai look very big. I am thinking because the clouds increase size as it move to the top of the image. I like the concept of voodoo controling puppet and puppet controling the actual body. I am glad to see very well defined hand shape.

I tried to look at hand under the light..took me so long to figure out the lighting.........and took me bad bad amount of times
trying to figure out how to draw it angled.....
I think the puppet is big...maybe the voodoo is BIGGER

not sure.........some people draw themselves and write things about them
some people draw what they like........for me I just drew something that was in my head *scratches my head*

and yes, the voodoo look frighteningly bigger because of the perspective on the red string.
