Made this a while back, when I did that Luna mawshot, as an alt version. Sorta. Anyway, I cleaned it up and added a background, finished any unfinished parts. Took me about an hour or so. Anyway, I think this is a perfect bonus thing for February, my homegirl Fleur! Still one of my favorite ponies, period.
