There is something fascinating and also unsettling about this image.
I think it makes reference to an innate fear people have of seeing strangers appear outside of their house.
Of... someone looking into their window.
The eyes of the figure too, seem very dark, and this helps to add a sense of apprehension.
Very good psychological portrait!
