First, I shot the statue in the museum (from several points)
Then I wait for a model, which body is close in proportions to the statue
Then I shot the model in the same pose like the statue (several shots from different angles).
Then I chose two photos (statue + model) and manually match them in one composition.
Sometime it's easy, sometime is terribly difficult - I mean the matching process...

Okay, first -- this was a masterful work simply in terms of the blending of the images. I just ran across this whole series of yours and they're great!
Second -- I love the "meta" nature of this one. At first it seems to be just a reflection of the story of the original statue, of the woman coming to life -- only the man is still a statue, so it adds an interesting counter-element there. She's coming to life except the man who is waiting for her isn't alive. I like it! It's layered!

The classical and the modern. This is the first time I've seen these. Very very good. I don't know what else to say.

I have a question, do you sell prints of your work, not downloads but art quality prints? If so how much for the 3 Graces? shipped to USA?
18x24 inches.
And if so how would you like to be paid if the price is right?
