A wallpaper I created for personal use. Couldn't find any clean Tool wallpapers so I made one. As soon as I get my own computer back up and running I'll add some different resolutions and put it into a jpeg/zip. Thanks for the all the positive feedback.Related content

very sleek looking. its true, there are no clean looking tool wallpapers out there. If tool were to make a wallpaper downloadable on there site i think they would design something like this.

you guys are all meanies. Yeah he could've boosted the views.........if he refreshed it for 8 days straight with no breaks, but that is fucking ridiculous. It was mostly outside links i'm sure. Then again when i am browsing sometimes I get caught up in the shoutbox while I am viewing a deviantion. It might get several hundred page views from all of my refreshing. Being a Tool fan I like this wallpaper. infact, I like it so much that i am going to use it. Congradulations on all of your views.

you are missing the serifs (edge decorations) on the letters. it's just a font thing. you could freehand em in adobe photoshop though. and the letters are a little narrow. nice job tho.

I like this, it's nicely done ... but the real TOOL logo has little extra limbs coming from the bottom-right of the T, the top-left of the L, and the bottom-right of the L. Good work otherwise

endemion, if you get to put higher resolutions at jpeg format, and remember this, drop me a note.
But if you put higher resolutions don't do anything foolish like just enlarging the original in photoshop, it will pixelate like hell. And if you go through doing it from scratch, you might want to reconsider what the beveling is doing in the middle of the letters (like in the letter "O" gaps).
Overall the thumbnail looks way nicer than the full size view, where you can see the "amateurish" beveling. I'll fav it (not assuming that faving it matters to you, but to some here, or should I say most, it's like crack), when it gets cleaner/bigger/in a proper format.

I didn't do anything, that would be really gay of me to sit here and hit refresh a million times plus extremely time consuming. Yes I do have numerous outside links from various Tool sites. The wallpaper may not be anything spectacular, but that really wasn't what I was going for. I'm sorry for all that were disappointed, but maybe some Tool fans stumbled in here and got a clean wallpaper for once. Thanks to all who had something positive to say, to the others, I'm sorry Tool is a popular band and it's probably why I made #1 and yes I do think the #2 wallpaper took a lot of talent and time to create and probably should be ahead of mine.

i'm sorry dude. there is no way you can have 34 page views on your profile page. and all you stats are blank on your page. first of all you would get way more page views because alot of ppl would go to your site off of this wallpaper. so this tells me that you've done something to get that much views on this..

Actual spunefed you can tell by just how many views it got that the person who made this boosted their own views to get it that high. Although not a horrible wallpaper, nice and simple, it's not something that would without "help" get that many views. I doubt anyone posting before you about it is at all jealous or really bashing it as a piece, just pointing out that it's not what you would think would be the top viewed deviation or is there because it deserves it/had that many original views.
p.s. Tool's pretty good.
