I should also mention that Ghost's "blue eye" is a lazy eye when he enters his Poltergeist mode (I forgot to add that to his ref sheet). It's also a part of his body, think of the blue areas like a ghostly "prosthetic" . Any blue areas on him can phase through organic or inorganic materials. It's super effective, but it drains quite the energy. The bigger the object, the more energy drained from him and the longer he'll have to wait until he can phase again.
