These are some initial designs for a little personal project I'm doing for fun. I guess after a while of working with game art it starts to rub off on you.Then again when I was growing up I loved making characters for fighting games. Just moved into the MMO arena nowadays I guess! :] I dream of a game with the social aspects of a massively multiplayer game, the action/reaction based combat of a Monster Hunter title.. or maybe even God Eater, and the community building/sandboxishness of a Minecrafty/Terraria-ish title.
Can you guess the theme? Hint: It's pretty timely, considering the date..

You know what I'm thinking of?
a personalized monster / character creation game combined with a massive multilplayer interconnected network were persons characters can battle with one another were in each battle, experience is gained in the type of moves and fighting styles performed to move into the specific type of class levels and character development.
But that's the idea and premise that your image inspires anyway.
I am by no means a computer programmer of any kind,
I'm just a graphic designer and medical student.

Well, I see a mad scientist, a Frankenstein, a victorian vampiress, a partial werewolf guy, a fortune teller-ish gal, a ghosty, zombie, and is that a fishy alien bunny thing? xD I'd totally play a Halloween adventure/rpg/fighting game. THAT IS EPIC, MAANNNN.

In order (from top left to bottom right): Zombie, Mad Scientist, Frankenstien's Monster, Creature from the Black Lagoon, Mummy, Ghost, Werewolf, and Vampire.
I think the Mummy, Ghost, and Vampire ones are cute.

Theme? Classic horror monsters and character types:
Zombie, Mad Scientist, Frankenstein's Monster, Black Lagoon creature, Ghost, Mummy, Werewolf and Witch.
They all look really cool. I really like the mummy and the ghost.

Anyway- loving the creeptastic designs, Endling. Each one perfectly embodies what you were going for- Creepy, yet- and i think i speak for all of us when i say- lovable. ^^ Excellent job.

This is a game I would be all over playing. The guy on the top left is awesome.... I'd give him a high-five but I feel like it could be fatal. He doesn't look like much of a pacifist.
