Description The story of this wonderful thing:
An Immobile frog that lures flies with the smell of its flower-like antennae. This frog creature has lost its need for legs through evolution and remains glued down on a single spot throughout its entire adulthood. Before this frog is permanently glued, in its juvenile stage it must fine a moist place because it can only get water from rain and from absorbing liquid from the ground. Even after lost of the entire rear of its body, his frog's anus is hasn't disappeared, so the creature sits on its own feces for as long as it can live.

The Angler Frog is very vulnerable to predation, however it has a couple defense Mechanism. The Frog can spit out a its own feces through its mouth; scientists are not sure if it keeps its body waste in its stomach or it reabsorbs it from the ground. The Angler Frog's only other means of defense its is ineffective camouflage and even then sometimes it works against itself; sometimes large herbivores might trample over it by mistake.

How this species mate is a mystery. It is believed that the male of the species is mobile and like the Angler fish, much smaller than the female; and he mounts one of the eggs on herΒ  body to breed.

The concept is brilliant, & those color choices are beautiful! I would like to see a bit more water/moisture rendered in this piece, that way we can actually see its habitat clearer.

I'm also loving that fly on the very top left corner.

Well now it's exceptional! Wonderful job. Last bit of advice would be to refine the main frog. Make him separate from the background. He's a little too painted in with it. Add some highlights to make him pop, or refine the edges to avoid having it blend with the strokes.

Okay, I didn't have a chance to find another opinion, but I looked at it myself again and I think u r correct, the value of some parts of the frog is too similar to the background, so I changed it. Much thanks
