(He/Him)The second in my OC roulette, Kai the Eastern Collard Lizard, a colorful one-man hype army based in New York.
He's a dance instructor and a people lover, wildly friendly and selfless. His love of socializing coincides with his struggles with forming bonds with others as he often comes off as too much due to his intense friendliness and somewhat lacking of understanding of personal boundaries (he's a hugger). He's well intentioned, and when told will back off and usually feels immense guilt when making people uncomfortable.
His goal is just to make people feel good about themselves, and he struggles with learning how to do that in a way that doesn't scare people away while also still being himself. But his bestie helps out a lot with that by reeling him in and supporting him when things don't work out with new friendships or relationships.
