This is Jack's cousin, Devin.

If you've read where I put some of the tidbits of my story, you know a few things already about Devin, but if you haven't:

He's the result of a drunken one night stand between Franziska and Zavtos.
He left Crystal Haven somewhere between the 1930s-1940s and traveled to other sanctuaries for Druzutikins.
He writes his mother, Oliver, Unique and the few friends he still has and he visits occasionally. His visits alternate between a few days to a few months.
