In the sky where I find bright blue light
There was the need, a need to stay and fight
On the earth, for which they battle
Bursts of emotions that scar the land
My friends will say, wings high, take a stand
The demons forthright battle for ground
We are no longer safe and sound
The bright blue light begins to turn red
Seeing a mutt, the cerberus head
We fight and battle through the day
Unto which I found the demon to sway
His cause and my own, parallel
So the final case to which I sell
My soul to you, and you didn't take it
I felt the touch of your blade to my neck
The red eyes of which you hate
You could seal what is my fate
But now you are too late
The cowards of demons is what you are
That is what I think
I could hear the shout of stickling cry
I was awaiting myself to feel the pain, to die
I for once will admit to defeat, to know that I am slain
You in the end, drew your sword back
With that bright red gaze filled with lack
A lack of conviction, lack of feeling
Your black wings and dark voice
The leader calls our soldiers home, leading us to the charge
And yet, what stood before me was someone who
I could not kill, his hand shaking, he young
For this was a child, as was I
And he let me stand, the battle ending around us
And thus he began to run, fear in the way he left
Once I stood, upon the rock, I called our soldiers down
And in the distance, in the mountains, stood the demons change
Disappearing, blood, running and crying
The battle would finally end, and for once I could tell
That this wasn't the end, for I knew I had to find
This demon who spared me, was one I had to see
And I sheathed my sword, and prayed to our lord
That I would not fall in love
But I feel I was long gone
Hiding away in the caves of their land
Stealing away glances, no hope any longer in me
