I'd guess it's a fairy rather than an angel. But anyway, it's a unique example of romantic era beauty.
I'd also suggest doing a whole series of pics of this, with different views, lighting, and some in color, as it's a garden.

Also, be sure to preserve this creation, I don't think it's just another garden statue.
