Well that sucks:< I would have loved to see what would’ve came to be out of it.And also do ya agree that we need more 2D animation in the film industry? Honestly there’s been way WAY too much CGI but it isn’t a bad thing

ahhaa actually it was a mixed 2d/3d one XD 2d landscapes and 3d animated models hahah XD but don't worry, no more a problem, but don't lose the faith on 2d animation, there will be alwways space for 2d animation

Yes and I never said I did it’s just....ya know what happened to Disney back in 2010? With Winnie the Pooh failing and them just shutting down their animation division?.....it really tugs at your heart strings

yes but diseny is a major, and for them money is the main goal, so of course for them is better invest money on 3d animated movie cause, statiscally they give more profit at boxoffice, but there is a huge world beyond diseny company, indies, little companies, europeans, japs...there are still a lot of products in 2d around the world

True but it’s just....Disney always made such great movies with 2D and I feel like yeah they are making bank...but how long will that truly last? I mean think about it they still absolutely acknowledge and even heck have remade some of their old 2D movies into live action so clearly there’s someone in their that wants 2D back to life don’t you too?

i think that mainstream cinema follows only one goal money. so for example now the trend is superheroes, 3d, cgi, etc. Maybe in a couple of years 2d animated movies will be again in auge and the majors will back to produce them, don't look at this last years as an incontrovertible trend, cinema trys to accomplish people main desires..now the trend are the ones i told you..just wait

Thanks for saying that it is true mainly trends and what people want give cinema the drive to make those movies.And also I just want your opinion but what’s more expressive? 2D or 3D

ahha i suppose depends by personal tastes and artistic personal background. i have no preference, they're just tools...there are shitty and beautiful things made with both techniques..in my humble opinion there are things that are better in 2d and other in 3d. But in general they're just tools and the use of one instead of the other isn't  a winner card for having a successufl or beautiful result, everything depend on how they're used.

Huh what a wise statement.Hm I agree they both are indeed a tool and some bad some good but yeah now that I think about it despite how long 2D has been around opposed to how much shorter time 3Ds been around it’s..honestly quite cool what both can do and also this has been amazing to talk to ya ^*
