Am I doing something wrong? I can download it but it won't load or register. I have PS CS3. It says it has to be an ABR file and it is an RAR. Is there a secret to getting this to work?

Your Problem it`s that the .rar file is like the .zip, they are like compressed so you need to download a program to descompress them like the winrar and so.
After you finished descompressing the file you can use them XD

You have unpack .rar file (inside is .abr file with brushes). You can unpack using WinRar application.
