hi, so, I'm quitting my job after 4 years. 4 years of sexual harassment that has tortured me and turned into a very bitter person. Mocked by plenty of my co-workers and unable to get out of the job until now because I had nowhere else to go. I didn't have a car back then to take me somewhere else. I didn't think I would ever get out of that hostile environment... I will be putting in my "two weeks notice" in tomorrow to move onto bigger and better things. I'm leaving as one of their greatest assets and that makes this so much sweeter...
So, Kesha recently (VERY recently) released a song that made me sob because it touches my soul. I feel her pain. And she has taught me to 'live and learn and never forget it.'
I've cried all day. I'm crying typing this up. It's finally over. I'm finally free.

I do believe you can report the sexual harassment which has to be taken serious by whoever you have to report it to..

Oh god, that's just awful Kelly. I can't stand it when people indulge in that kind of shit. It's disgusting. I'm happy that you're escaping from such a toxic and horrible work environment. I truly wish you the best of luck on your future endeavors, because you do deserve more than what you were stuck with before. <3

I'm so sorry you had to go through that for so long... I can't even imagine even staying for that long and enduring all of it. You're very strong for that. Even though it's been such a heavy burden. It takes a lot to finally break away from a toxic environment. But as you said, you are free now. You can and will branch out to bigger and better things!!
I can't say I've been in your shoes, but I've had similar experiences where I have quit toxic environments. It is such a sigh of relief, and it's a huge weight off your shoulders.

Oh baby, I am so saddened by your experience, and it has always been one of my hopes that this experience of yours will pass and that you would move on to better things- to an environment where people will respect you and take you seriously.
This is a decision that will benefit you as a person and as an individual, get yourself out of that toxic environment and, like Ke$ha, come back with a story to sing and a tale to inspire others.
