First off, allow me to say that though my mother is very artistic and I've attempted to draw myself, I cannot to save my life. But that doesn't mean I don't know art well enough to critique it. And you, my friend, have art worth critiquing! Allow me to also point out that your ability to draw people free hand makes me extremely jealous. I'm still on stick people. I really like the eyes. Though they're hidden by the scraggly hair, the eyes still hold the emotion of the piece, even if the mouth is smiling or frowning. "The eyes are the window to the soul." (credit whoever said it) And you, my friend, have made the eyes the window to your picture. Amazing!
